We are pleased to announce that Omnielectric, together with NutaiNutai y Andreu Tops, has been awarded the concession of the project for a digitized surface quality control system with vision, artificial intelligence and data management for the new furniture industry 4.0, with file INNCAD-2024-114 and funded by the AVI and the European Union through the ERDF.
The main objective of this project is the development of an advanced system based on computer vision and deep learning to identify and classify defects on raw boards surface, at laboratory scale. This solution will allow identifying all kinds of defects and anomalies on the surfaces of raw wood with the aim of avoiding reprocessing and thus avoiding the use of raw materials.
