Desde OmnielectricOmnielectric brings you the latest in industrial automation. On this occasion, we tell you all about the discontinued Eurotherm products.Eurotherm, a leading company in the process control and automation market.
But what does a discontinued Eurotherm product mean?
To understand it, it is necessary to understand the process that Eurotherm follows in managing the lifecycle of its products. In Eurotherm’s case, it is a process that spans several phases:

Phase 1
Currently available: In this stage, products are available for purchase and use without restrictions.
Phase 2
Discontinued: This is where the planned obsolescence process begins. Products enter this phase, meaning customers should start considering alternatives. Eurotherm has identified these alternatives and made them available to customers on their respective websites.
Phase 3
Interrupted: At this stage, products are no longer manufactured, but still receive support from Eurotherm service organizations. Alternatives are also available and can be found on the product pages requested.
Phase 4
End of service: Finally, we reach the point where Eurotherm service organizations no longer have stock of parts or spare parts to support the products. At this stage, Eurotherm strongly recommends customers to contact customer service for assistance and to consider the available alternatives.
