IP69K SCREEN FOR THE FOOD INDUSTRY
The display eTOP4FOOD of EXOR has been specially designed and tested for the Food Industry. With its stainless steel frame and IP69K front protection, it withstands high-pressure and high-temperature cleaning without additional precautions or special cleaning procedures.
It has an extended temperature range (-20 to 60ºC) and high chemical resistance (DIN 42.114-Part 2) and the gasket and sealing comply with FDA 21 CFR 177.2006.\n\nThe display is a 7” TFT with a resolution of 800×480 in 16:9 format, with a high-durability capacitive touch area that can be operated with gloves.\nIncludes Ethernet, USB2.0 and serial ports and is prepared for operation as an integrated PLC CodeSys with option for inputs/outputs.
eTOP507MFB – Designed for the Food and Beverage Industry
The EXOR eTOP507MFB HMI screen is specifically designed for applications in the food sector (food and beverage) in accordance with EN 1672-2 guidelines “Food processing machinery – Safety and hygiene requirements“. The stainless steel frame is robust and safe for the most critical conditions and allows easy cleaning. The front panel is polyester and the gasket complies with food standards. The IP69K rating of the front allows cleaning at high pressure and temperature.\n\nIt can be installed without the need for additional protections.\n\nHigh brightness and improved contrast with a 7” TFT display in 16:9 format with LED backlighting. The high-durability projected capacitive touch area requires contact, avoiding false activations and can be operated with thin gloves.
