Simotics S-1FK2 HD servo motor M0 = 1.27 Nm; Pn = 0.4 kW at Nn = 3000 rpm (200-240 V); IP65 protection rating; shaft Ø 14 × 30 mm with keyway; single-turn absolute encoder 22 bits (AS22DQC encoder); with OCC interface; M12-sized, rotatable connector; SIMOTICS S-1FK2 servo motor, for multiple applications in the industrial environment. The SIMOTICS S‑1FK2 servo motors are compact-size synchronous motors with high dynamic response, characterized by high power density, protection rating, and overload capability. The motors are available in two variants: “High Dynamic” (maximum dynamic response thanks to reduced intrinsic inertia for highly dynamic applications with small moving masses) and “Compact” (precise and stable regulation for medium to large masses thanks to medium intrinsic inertia). The SIMOTICS S‑1FK2 servo motors realize all their capabilities within the system associated with the SINAMICS S210 frequency converter and with easy connection via a single cable (One Cable Connection OCC). The advantages, among others, include short setup and positioning times, fast and precise disturbance correction, and stable regulation with high dynamics. The servo motor can be configured for different needs. For example, with or without holding brake, IP64 or IP65 protection, and single-turn or multi-turn absolute encoders, among many other possibilities. In addition, the servo motors are available with different shaft heights, from 20 to 100. A retention is available to achieve IP65 protection and to mount on the motor as optional equipment or spare.
