They can control a wide range of applications, including cranes, extruders, winches, winders, conveyors, mixers, compressors, centrifuges, test benches, lifts, extruders, pumps, and fans. The ACS880-01 comes in a compact package for easy installation and commissioning. The drive can be mounted on the wall as standard and in a cabinet as an option. The ACS880-01 frequency converters have all essential functions built in. These features include, as standard, a choke for harmonic filtering, as well as options such as a braking chopper, an EMC filter, and a communication protocol adapter, functional safety, external output filters, and I/O expansion modules.
